ET, I bought this dog just for the bet that the "ticker" was worth something. It's a lot easier and cheaper for a private company that wants to go public to buy an established company, cover current debt with pennies on the dollar, than start fresh. This could also be an MMs short covering to clear their books. Watching the trading suggested that someone was pretty desperate to get shares. Maybe we will hear some news before the market opens. Anyone on this thread close to the old company's management?
