That is an absolutely stunning number with 98% dissing the PIII.

Obviously there is a backlash against the PIII but it isn't clear to me how strong it really is.

If I owned Intel stock I would buy some protective puts next week.

I am sure the stock will rise after the PIII release and there will lots of press on the huge numbers of PIII's sold as I am sure there will be an initial scramble for the parts.

I just think that Q2 could be tough if AMD delivers large quantities of 400-450 speed grade parts.
