Hi mike, would be interesting to know if ANYI increased THEIR holdings in BANY by taking advantage of the options granted them. This was taken from the SB-2. The 100,000 share option at .50 expires today! " In addition to the shares of Banyan Common Stock received, the Company was also granted options to purchase 300,000 additional shares of Banyan Common Stock, vested immediately, as follows: 100,000 shares at 50 cents a share, expiring February 28, 1999; 100,000 shares at $1.00 a share, expiring August 31, 1999; and 100,000 shares at $2.00 a share, expiring August 31, 2000.
