I have two simple estimates for VLSI price projections base on revenue and EPS. Under these senerios VLSI is a steal at $17. I would hope that any deal that goes through is at least for $22 or higher. 1Q99 Rev 145.636 EPS $0.08 Price $16.48 2Q99 Rev 146.054 EPS $0.08 Price $19.62 3Q99 Rev 160.326 EPS $0.17 Price $18.85 1Q99 Rev 145.636 EPS $0.08 Price $16.48 2Q99 Rev 151.054 EPS $0.10 Price $21.33 3Q99 Rev 165.326 EPS $0.18 Price $20.05 P.S. I know that 1Q99 is a little high based on current estimates, but the value represents what could be reasonable in valuing the company.
