kenneth--

the stoch turned perfectly, but i was too busy with CPQ and selling other stuff to even notice. CPQ today is just wonderful!!!

its a firesale...you dont even have to be all that picky!!

and goldman finally nuked MU. thank god...been waiting too damn long for that.

on the shares...probably not too good. of course, his broker crossed the shares at market...there wasnt a special deal. that indicates to me that maybe he knew something. or doesnt mind losing 7+million.

i wonder which firm crossed the trade...can anyone find out?

as for the future...looks better than last friday<G> and that looked pretty damn good. had all this crap not popped into the way we would have been slapping each other on the back today<G>.

good luck to all,
trey

Someone give a reason to buy this stock please.

<closing at 5 1/8.>

& forming a doji

Funny how my 4.5 order didn't fill today.

Maybe I haven't learned a thing here but dont think I will chase it up

<I would love to learn of how Penny and Simon view the present WSTL situation.>

No comment!

They control the voting rights on this company through their class B share ownership.>

I think the street would love to know as well :}

<I wonder if they are kicking themselves for putting Zionts in charge?>

Trey will love this one but I doubt it.

<Did they also put Seamans in?>

No doubts here!

<If so, shame on them twice.>

No comment!

<If I were them, I'd be working overtime to find a buyer, and end their and our misery.>

Again, I must keep my opinion to myself but I like the overtime thing for anyone within this co. I figure some stay up late @ night but guess that cap will not be the focus of the next board meeting!

Dug

P.S.

Trey, Congrats w/ MU & the short term rise here...

>>I'm trying to be at least short term optimistic

I am not trying to lay a bugaboo, but the annual ends shortly and WSTL always cleans out its books, so there is a short tterm window that the mgmt can announce GOOD things FIRST! But the last time,
I recall a comment from them, that "I'm not comfortable with doing that" implied the good and bad come together. Maybe there is sufficient time differences between the news items this time.
Notice the OI on the QLWCAs?

>>I tried to contact WSTL's IR today, left message, but no one called back. I hope it was because everyone was busy trying to find a source of money to hel

The South wing was quite empty today!

>>1 million share block at 7 1/16

Your assumption implies buying and holding; and not distribution.
Who did the transaction? Ask them .
