All the dilution will happen on the 'A' side. Therefore, if the B shares have 50% of the voting rights and there are a lot less of them (in time), a given B share will have more voting power than a given A share. So if you are Edper, gradually sell your A's for B's and you keep control of the whole shooting match.

The move is a dead give away that they are planning a major float in the next 1-3 years so all holders are diluted irrespective. However, it signals that Edper wanted nothing to do with putting more into the company but still want to keep control. Kerr has always been Brascans's boy.

Should be cause for alarm to all.
