why worry about what antitrust legal experts say?

remember that Mary Meeker of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter had said that the verdict won't have any material effect on the company.

These what so called Antitrust specialist are just smoking guns, and know nothing about antitrust. If they expected Microsoft wins before the trial, they must make that conclusion based on how Microsoft played in the industry. Now, after the trial , they said Microsoft will lose , well , did the trial change anything about the FACT ? No, I do not think so. Besides, If the judge's mind is not pre set, he should judge the case based on FACT and evidence. But, I did not see the DOJ prove anything at this point , except some wild assumption, speculation based on some e-mails.
