Donald; No I don't , in fact Eric just turned me onto watching
that XMT index, good GOD it sure does look to nail the DOW ,

I see it missed the S&P some early in the year, and I'm not ready to hang my hat on it, but you bet I'll have an eye on it from now on.

With something new to me like that, I won't places bets on it,
but it looks good enough that I sure won't bet against it
I do a lot of things like that, I use my basic ( head/tail ) thingy
inside the index to make a bet, or get ready for one, but other
signals can cancel my bet. I don't like losing and would rather
save my dry powder for when several things line up.
Jim

I use a surrogate index for NYSE Leaders which behaves identical to the Nasdaq Prime Index (OTX). It consists of the largest cap stocks with the most active volume. ATI, AOL, CPQ, EMC, GE, HD, HWP, IBM, LU, MOT, SEG, T, TWX, TXN, TYC, and WMT. It didn't experience a serious correction till the last two weeks of August, and is up over 60% from October.
