<<Conservative ideas are out the window within the Republican Party itself. The moderates now control the party. >>

What in the fuck are you talking about? Radical Right has lessoned and the conservatives are moving forward. Hell, the soccer moms will be republicans next election.

Johnathon, keep telling yourself that as I quietly celebrate my $400.00 per child tax credit, my dramatically reduced capital gains rate, the first balanced budget in 3 decades and the opening of a charter school in my county. :-)

Now as we enter the next phase, shifting social security toward giving individuals control is on the table, as well as more tax cuts. Shoot! Even the Democrats are talking about accepting some tax reduction!

They can call themselves anything they wish, as long as they support the conservative revolution that's all that really matters. :-)

And to think, only two years ago Bill Clinton and the Democrats said saying we couldn't balance the budget within 10 years without starving children.

Of course, now they will deny saying this and pretend they were for a balanced budget all along. Typical hypocrisy. :-)
