What many people don't realize is that ATT is one of THE BIGGEST land/realestate holders in the US....period! During the great days of cost/plus profits...they had it in the bag when they would buy properties instead of leasing or renting because they could make their percentage on the costs associated with all business...just like the aerospace guys...and they still have ALL that land and structures... It's easy for them to sell/lease many of these to get even more cash than they already have (and of course they have LOTS!). chris
