JT ? That was the last chapter. Sell your stock and move on if you don't think it will move from 5 of go to 2. I sold a while back because I lost some faith in it. I bought recently because I Have faith in it. So sell it, keep it or short it. But at least be positive about what your decision was or is. DID JT make you sign the check? DID JT make you buy the stock? I doubt it and I suspect You made yourself buy it and sign the check. Call your shrink, he/she can help you through it.

My original question was regarding the specific narrow issue you stated that: <I?"From what I've been able to make from news reports is that Mr. JT was more interested in trading the company stock then running the company. " I had not recalled any news reports which even hinted that Dr. Thomas ... or the company he directed ... had been actively trading company stock. Such activities would also show up in some form through the SEC reports, though again I recall no such indications. The reason I press on with this is that such an allegation, if true, would shine an entirely different light on the situation -- suggesting irregularity, impropriety, etc, rather than unchecked enthusiasm and desire to "get the job done". The latter may be stupid, but the former would be shady ... even crooked, in some scenarios. So please re-check your recollections. IMHO, "not caring for" somebody in top management of a company is ample reason not to invest ... but it, alone, is not a foundation to make allegations of impropriety. Hope I've made clear the difference. JSb.
