My understanding is that each Class will vote 50% of the Directors. EdperBrascan will make sure that they hold enough of one class to have the control/influence that they want, without worrying about the dilution that occurs when shares of the other class are issued to make acquisitions. That is the primary concern right now. I think there might also be a concern that in the future they'll try to make one class multiple voting, which would concentrate their power. David.
