Pugs/bmart/Spider, your bs doesn't carry weight here anymore. I have no friends who are promoters, I have stated that S-8's are sometimes used for compensation, but are not exclusive as you wanted everyone to believe...the most recent filings available from the SEC support the many uses of S-8's. Your exaggerations, lies, and multiple personas, fooled many and that is one reason why some did not sell, and lost their total investment. We don't need your bs here anymore, you have done enough damage, and you left your fellow shareholders hanging,... I remain here, and am the person providing the documentation and evidence, and I will be sending Riley more on Monday. (zapara) , i am afraid this cannot be. tonto posted on dctc thread the S8's are not exploited this way. a friend of tonto's was a promoter of aznt & he asked co. to file S8 to compensate him & the co. declined to accomodate him. you have documented what i tryed to tell this tonto, that S8's have historically been abused to compensate promoters. btw, zapara was sued at aznt for the stock he stold from the co. & the stock has been cancelled. tonto's basher friend janice shell posted the case was a "lie" & "never existed". i guess they were to busy promoting promoters, boiler rooms & shortsellers to check the court records. good link guy & keep up the good work. spider

It didn't happen because the QUOTE(read Closily Gary) Agreement that it was to be used for was TERMINATED END QUOTE, breech of Contract By SYLVER, would you like to see the LETTER. You know when you get 50% of the information you really only have enough to be dangerous. You do not even have that much. P.S. If you call me a promoter again you will be speaking to my lawyers.
