I was on vacation last week skiing in Utah so I haven't talked to management. I did sell most of my holdings in CHGO as I feel my money can be better utilized elsewhere. The oil service and drillers are looking very interesting for a longer term 2 to 3 year hold. Still hold a token amount of CHGO stock and and some worthless warrants. As I stated before I don't like the current deal at all. Management must of really needed the cash to go through with this one in my opinion. Also, the part where Louis was selling at $1.60 because of religious reasons only to be buying back at $.80 rubs me wrong as well.

I still would like to to see CHGO do well, because I think they have a great product, just all the other stuff got to be too much for me.

Bob, thanks for your comments regarding your conversation with Mr. Meruelo. Very informative...
