Although I have written naked puts to acquire SUn below 95, I couldn't resist buying another couple of hundred shares at 97.5 today. After the close, a CNBC reporter quoted an analyst who remarked that the drop in SUN amidst the sell-off in semi and chip stocks is a classic example of throwing out the baby with the bath water. He noted that because of its competitive and technology positioning SUN was one of the few stocks that was unlikely to be subject to the slowdown that is affecting the DELLs, CPQs and HP. Certainly encouraging words for SUN shareholders.
