Nah.

It's great news -- it means you can't violate security laws as flagrantly as Ledford did without the chance the SEC will come after ya'. There's also a chance that information the government develops in its case could be used by a private lawyer.

But this doesn't directly benefit any of us. The company is gone, and (Gary, you there? Feel free to tell me if I am wrong) any money the government gets will be kept by the government. This isn't like a "class action" where lawyers (not the government) seek money to distribute among a pool of similarly injured individuals.
