I am an MTIC shareholder and I think it is excellent that MTI is making closer alliances with Caldera and Linux.Should Caldera (or even Red Hat) go public it will significantly enhance the value of MTI as they could incur a big gain potentially. Plus it gives MTI closer access to the Linux World and potential benefits of future Caldera license deals which their will be plenty coming. I hope MTI pays cash for the stake because their stock is too undervalued to be using here. I understand many venture firms and large public co's were also looking to invest in Caldera. This will only help the value of MTIC and Noorda's MTI stock which will benefit all MTI holders.
