Bill,
If this is the article that Joe wanted us to read, then I think he is pointing out that sometimes it is wise to take things like financing slower rather than faster to get the best deal on the table not just for the company but for the shareholders as well. He has stated publicly that the F-Series CP will be re-purchased before any shares are ever delivered. But not all CP's are death spirals. It mostly depends on the company that you are dealing with. Some are less than Kosher than others and those are the ones to be avoided.

DCI has gone through 5 series of CP's to date and not been driven out of business yet by them. All the previous have been fully exercised at this time to my knowledge and only the Series F remains. We are not a legally shortable stock in the US so that is one area where DCI does not have anything in common with Abel. The other is that DCI has a buyback clause in it's contract and fully intends to exercise that clause. With all the great news that DCI is delivering I would find it hard to believe that the stock could be driven down to even start that death spiral. The F is only for $3 million plus interest not $58 million like Abel. The number of shares they would have to give out is enormous compared to what DCI could be forced to issue if worse came to worse. I really see no problem at all here.<JMO>

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!
