This Norma Rogers credibility issue is phoney. And if you used your mind you would know why :

Clinton commuted the sentence of the killer of Norma Roger's father in 1980. The allegation of rapes were made in 1978, and were reported to other witnesses at that time.

Rogers couldn't have known that Clinton was going to comute her father's killer sentence when she first corroborated the story in 78.
