It means that if the price of the stock is well above where it was when the deal was done that a contingency to perhaps increase the speed of the conversion could be applied. Simply, if the stock is 40 or 50 or 60 or higher Cardinal could perhaps convert shares sooner than July. Fact is if this would happen we (longs) would already be in a great position. Any dilution when a companies stock is very hot is minimal. Particularly when fully diluted it only increases the public float to approx. 6 million shares. In this TECH environment whether a company is big or small the float is very small.
