Have you tried the IR for Union Group? 800-328-0656
consolidatedcap.com
I tried that number and did not get a response to my message.
Here is the direct phone number for Union Group office( R. Curton)
from the letter that was sent out last Sept 214-351-1116
I haven't tried it for a few months. so I don't know if it is still valid

I have a feeling that the shares not being registered or sent has more to do with Union Group than with Cabec/PPP.

the source of those releases was cabec not the union group. at the time of all the releases michael john was the president and ceo, (if my calendar is correct) one final note, according to sec regulations, the company that is doing the dividend has ALL the responsibilities. it is impossible for the union group to do these on their own. i did speak with jeff van putter on friday, who said that the delay has come from the cabec attorney..union group is waiting for a shareholder list so they can communicate with us, but this has not been provided as yet. i do think any of the parties are angels, but lets keep the facts straight.
