I hope you are right in that the judge will find in favor of MSFT but I doubt it. His pride was too deeply wounded by the appeals court
overturning his decision.


One would wonder why a different judge wasn't chosen for this case, no?

So, what is the judge really up to ? First , he agreed to let the DOJ expand the case to include the monopoly, secondly, he reject the request by Microsoft to let Microsoft's lawyers to have more time to prepare ? Did he get anything from SUNW, AOL, NSCP ?
