AT&T not over valued in this market. Market itself may be overvalued.

AOL is certainly overvalued despite its huge market share. It has nowhere to go but down in terms of market share. T can grow its internet and world communications share strategically without overpaying for assets that have already reached creme status.

It should be the broadband player. Adding content is the easy part. AOL is really just a content channel, winning now by default.
