The live netcast will require the same preparation and equipment as any live television event including staging, lighting, camera and audio equipment, digital encoders and ISDN uplinks.

"The IBE-netcast is just the first of many events that we hope to include as a regular part of the ProNetLink Global Business Website," said David Walker, COO of ProNetLink. "We have been working very closely with our marketing firm on this concept and they are speaking with other global trade related events that are interested in netcasting on ProNetLink."

ProNetLink sees the IBE netcast as setting the standard for the future of global Internet business. The ProNetLink IBE netcast will allow businesses from around the world to benefit from live off-site participation with businesses that will be live at the trade show. "This is exactly what ProNetLink was designed to do," continued Mr. Walker. "ProNetLink is much more than a website of links. It is a central source of interactive trade information, news, leads, resources and special events like the IBE netcast. It is truly the one site that businesses need to conduct business around the world." All live interviews and presentations will be archived on the ProNetLink site. ProNetLink plans on using the broadcast and the IBE Show to support the launch of its most advanced version, which is scheduled for delivery at the end of March.

Advertising and corporate infomercials will be available for purchase as part of the netcast. Companies interested in participating in the show should contact ProNetLink at 212-688-8838 or Stephen Flink at the World Trade Media Group by emailing stephen_flink@link.freedom.com.

ProNetLink.com Opens Sales and Marketing Office in Indonesia

NEW YORK, March 15 /PRNewswire/ -- ProNetLink.com(R) (OTC Bulletin Board: PNLK), pronet1ink.com, the Global Trade Internetwork and Internet Portal specializing in electronic international commerce announced today the opening of a sales and marketing office in Indonesia. The new office will be responsible for generating ProNetLink membership sales, customer service and marketing throughout the Indonesian business community. It will also be responsible for the collection of trade information and database generation within the country.

The new Indonesian sales office comes as a direct result of ongoing business development and meetings that ProNetLink had during its recent marketing mission to Southeast Asia.

The Indonesian sales office will be part of P.T. Ganesha Aggies Jaya, one of Indonesia's leading international consulting firms specializing in Indonesian corporate manpower, human resources and organizational business systems. A sales team has been incorporated into the existing Ganesha operation to focus on ProNetLink sales and marketing. Ganesha will also be responsible for Indonesian banner advertising sales and the coordination of local on-line Internet business events for the ProNetLink site.

Ganesha's clients include General Motors Indonesia, Unocal Geothermal of Indonesia, Bechtel Indonesia, California Energy, Ernst & Young, Amerada-Hess and many other major corporations within Indonesia.

Michael C. McGowan, Resident Manager of Ganesha will head the ProNetLink Indonesian operations. Mr. McGowan holds a Doctorate Degree from Texas A&M and has been working in Indonesia since 1980. In 1995, he was elected to the Board of Governors of AMCHAM Indonesia. Mr. McGowan has developed a sound understanding of Indonesian business needs, government policies and the congressional legislative process, Mr. McGowan presently holds the title of Vice Chairman, Export Promotion of the Asia-Pacific Council of American Chambers of Commerce (APCAC) and is a well-known business figure in both Jakarta and Washington,

"ProNetLink is a powerful sales and marketing tool for the Indonesian import-export community and Asia as a whole," said Mr. McGowan. "In the initial meetings that we have had with the major trade associations within Indonesia, the ProNetLink product has been received very positively. The timing is great since we will tie the Indonesian sales launch to the overall launch of the ProNetLink portal at the end of March. We see great opportunity being part of the growing ProNetLink global operations."

Indonesia represents the largest developing market in Southeast Asia. It consists of over 200 million people, the fourth most populous nation in the world. The Indonesian archipelago comprises some 16,667 islands spanning a geographic area similar in size to the continental US, Indonesia's economy, which prior to the Asian Economic crisis was growing at rates of 5-7% annually, is experiencing a severe recession. Boosting exports is widely seen to be a key strategy in economic recovery, and ProNetLink will provide Indonesian businesses with a sophisticated export resource and promotion tool.

"After our due diligence of the Indonesia market it was our goal to seek out Mr. McGowan's expertise on a consulting basis. The fact that he and his company have elected to join the ProNetLink team as sales agents goes way beyond the goals of this marketing mission," said Glenn Zagoren, President of ProNetLink's strategic development and marketing firm. "I am confident that Mr. McGowan and his company will be able to deliver ProNetLink to the Indonesian business community."

You can reach ProNetLink Indonesia by e-mail at: indonesia@pronetlink.com or Telephone at 62-21-727-939-07 or Fax: 62-21-739-5049.
