Rob;

My 2 cents V2...

Every one got caught up in the bad news today.
Like the Nortel PR mess last year (a great time to buy)
Like the Nortel $900 million write down a # of years ago. The stock went from ~60's Can to high 20's in a day. I bought at the $30 dollar range and held to over $100. Liked the stock and thought the street over reacted. (another good time to buy)

What about the good news???
Ascend / LU working with CKY, currently on 5 deals. Sounds like LU likes CrossKeys.
What about the two deals the company is working on with Alcatel???
What about the 4 potential new partners???
What about the new products???
What about the companies stated goal is to be the dominant supplier of performance management software. Currently the market is $500 Million and by 2002 expected to be 1.2 Billion.
What about the $62 Million in cash???
What about the cheap price of the stock??? If I bought it at $11-12 several weeks ago, I got to love it at $6.30.
I know for a fact that people bought it pre IPO at $5.50 a share and still think it is a stock with a great future.

John Selwyn is a good and honest CEO and Steve Spooner the COO is doing a good job imho.
$3.24 in cash with a projected 40% increase in next years sales hmmmm... If the stock goes south from here unless their is news I don't know presently I will double again.
I am as mad as hell that the share price is at $6.30 but that will not stop me from taking advantage.

If I am incorrect in my assumptions please explain to me where.

Thanks in advance
Glenn McDougall
