Not necessarily looking for 1 or 2 stocks that may move up 100% or more in a month's time. Few investors would put their entire portfolio in one or two stocks, at least I hope they wouldn't. Although many company persons overlook their ESOP's imbalanced stake, it is generally uncommon and not recommended.
