Big Pharma Scoreboard 2/27/99
-MRK (+3.2%) continued post-split and Cox-II momentum and was the Feb leader (+11.1% Feb). -PFE (+2.8%) continues to outpace Big Pharma and the general market. -WLA (+7.7%) bounced back but remains the best Big Pharma buy this week relected in the 8.5% YTD decline. -AMGN (+0.6%) is still the only breakout Pharma in 1999 (+19.4% YTD)...so far.
