Michael... Thanks I printed out this post. I only went to the Branch Manager at the suggestion of the CORP ROLLOVER DEPT in Dallas after I mentioned restitution. And I'm going to pursue every channel available to me. Right now ( this weekend, I'm going to relax a little first ) I have to put this situation down in writing as I recall it and sent it with the other paperwork to the national HQ. I starting telling people on the phone that I was also recording and things really got weird, after all every call you make to them is. As far as me thinking I have a case, let me put it this way the only things right on the rollover documents are my name and SS#, all the Fidelity info is wrong ( hey Rockies do you guys work at Fidelity ? ) and I couldn't possibly know their information on my own .
