NW He also said CPQ had some inventory problem,is that not great news! I was also traveling from 6am to 8pm,got home and found out an old buy order for 3000 shares was filled at $38 need to send check Tuesday,was not a good day. Regards barber

NW, I think the idea of offering one year of free internet access with every new PC is a good idea, but only if the access is through a big name IP which almost everyone in the U.S. can connect to via a local number. Tucked in a posting yesterday, I mentioned how I think offering a free year of AOL or Prodigy would be a good move for CPQ _and_ AOL (or Prodigy). As more and more people buy PCs mainly to connect to the internet, giving them what they want free, for a year, to the site the majority of people new to the internet plan to access anyway, AOL, could REALLY boost sales. Heck, even I, who have zero interest in AOL [and do not hold shares of AOL] would buy a PC that gave me free internet access no matter where I am in the U.S.--or in some European locations. Lynn
