Oh, a FINE?? I was BURNING after reading in some detail the October 1998 SEC bust. They described in detail one after the other, and always the CRIME? Not the touting (1st amendment you know)

Not the selling (freedom of commerce is a capitalism foundation)

BUT NOT DISCLOSING THAT THEY WERE PAID to tout was the BIG CRIME. And each case that I read ended up with something like "we informed Mr. Scum that in the future he should fully disclose any compensation received from the companies he recommends" I nev'a saw anything about a fine.

Nev'a saw any assistance in getting a LAW SUIT against them to compensate the investors.

You SURE? That these SEC busts actually have TEETH? I'd hope so.
