John, this was in a Siemens product?! If so, Siemens may be in for a rude awakening from the trial bar. I appreciate the complexity of the situation, but IMO, it behooves Siemens -- and any other similarly situated company -- to work out some way around this. Friendly warning, i.e, there will be very littly sympathy, let alone understanding, from Congress, the courts, etc. IMO. :-)
