Nihil, and ALL, Article...STMicroelectronics, Intel resolve intellectual property agreement dispute February 26, 1999 PARIS, AFX : STMicroelectronics said it has signed an agreement with Intel Corp to share intellectual property and resolved numerous disputes arising from an earlier agreement. A deal between Intel and Mostak Corp signed in 1977 passed to STMicroelectronics following a series of mergers. STMicroelectronics chairman Pasquale Pistorio said: "I am pleased that (the agreement) ends years of costly litigation and provides the oportunity for our respective companies to work more closely together in the future in many areas of joint interest".
