What else do you expect him to sayif most of his portfolio is concentrated in tech stocks, and he is kicking himself for not selling into the rallies in Jan and Feb. From the trading patterns it is clear that small investors are still in the buy mode (look at the Intrnet mania still alive) - whereas large institutional investors are moving into defensive stocks. Wonder who is going to be right this time.
