el...agreed, I had the same thought myself; can't remember which one it was, but one house recommended a buy on the basis that is is rare to get a leading tech company at such a p/e discount to the market and to its own rate of growth. That broker also maintained a 12 month target of $60 (and given the conservative nature of such targets I think you can read $65-70). Note that DELL is still selling at a p/e substantially in excess of its rate of growth.
