That's right. An authorization for a buyback of 1M shares could be used to just purchase 100K. At 20/share, that's $2M out of the cash balance. Not a huge amount, but a corporate statement for effect.

I assume we all are in agreement that, flushed with cash, we don't want to overpay for any "blockbusters"??????

We did not need that vote of confidence when the stock fell to $9 and then ran to $32 -- and we do not need that vote of confidence now. Weak hands will leave -- that's good. The company should use the money to do what it does best -- aquire new and better licenses -- produce some new franchises for the future and grow the bottom and top line. If it continues to do that -- I do not care what the price is today -- because the price will follow. The company has never played to the stock price and it shouldn't start now -- no matter how frustrated it makes people on this board.
