I took a quick look at the links you provided. To be honest, I'd rather pass on providing any insight as to whats going on. I dont know the stock that well, dont know its history nor am I up to speed with what institutions are doing. (I rarely discuss individual equities and filings etc. related to them).

I don't know anything about that stock either but with just a quick glance at DTC I would venture to say there is a huge short position. Is this why you are asking?
