the facts are: this is a seasonally slow period; insiders haven't been able to sell at that price for over 18 months; it was prudent; most insiders at high tech companies have sold shares recently(csco,dell,msft). I think that people are using the recent sales by insiders as an excuse for their own frustration. The facts remain that they cautioned the 'street' that this quarter would be a flat to slightly down quarter. To my knowledge, there has been no change in that guidance. In fact, Eric Benhamou restated those words to the WSJ last week. Also, reiterating that the forth quarter should rebound strongly. This is a buying opportunity for those of you who are interested in making money over the long run.
