Ron, That's good, yes. LOL

One of the nicest results of being the free-est market in the world, contrary to what detractors have said of last year's events, is that these types of things will definitely move the Hang Seng.

I know there has been some recent argument from within the Legco and elsewhere about spending a bit of HK's reserves to stimulate the economy. Yet, depending upon the time-table for construction, it is as you say -- such contracts could come to save the day, and some of their precious reserves as well. That would be convenient alright.

Too, I know of a couple of local contractors who constructed areas of Disney World. May be that a little comparative analysis is in order. Been somewhat occupied lately developing a position on military developments and probabilties in the Western Pacific. It's a subject with which I have had occasion to be familiar.
