Yes it is possible.

That's how alot of people run Windows 95/98 and Windows NT on their system. Since Windows NT cannot read a FAT32 partition, and Windows 95/98 cannot read an NTFS partition (Not that you're limited to chosing NTFS when installing NT), it's an option for some people.

If you already have a system running, I suggest picking up Partition Magic ver 4.0. About $40-50 USD.

What size is your drive, and what's your current operating system?

Another thought for you. You don't have to use FAT32. You can have your new system set up as FAT16 (I hope the drive isn't too big), install DOS, then your Windows 98. Your DOS programs should still be fine. Otherwise, you're looking at setting up a boot menu (One to load your DOS partition, the other to load 98 on the FAT32 drive).
