Of course I know what happened in court, Spideybuns:

The DTC played recordings of all of Mike Sylver's calls to them. Presumably the content of these calls differed materially from what Sylver had testified to earlier, or they'd scarcely have bothered to present them. The judge then ordered that the calls be entered into the record, but declined to dismiss AZNT's complaint against the DTC. He then once again requested finding of fact. The next hearing date will probably be at the end of March.

It's possible, though I'm just guessing, that he didn't dismiss the complaint against DTC because to do so would effectively be to dismiss the entire case.

And so, Spidey, nothing at all is gonna happen for about a month. You shouldn't believe all you hear.
