Daniel, you my man, are a certifiable genius.

So many people don't realize that when the economy is doing poor, PCBM will be prospering.
When the economy is good, PCBM will be prospering.

They are in a niche market that is about to explode.

They are taking it one step further and are going to implement this new software so they can use the internet as tool to increase revenue ten fold.

It is a win, win situation for the company and investors.

Great insight!
All we need now is to see is that the Affirmative deal is complete and have a look at their current business( which is in fact off and running nicely) and then a release about the financial support. And I believe the rest will be History.
