The Morgan Stanley High Tech 35 and the PSE Tech 100 indexes broke their January lows this week. Most of the big cap averages have yet to follow.

Ya; It looks like WMT, MRK, & PFE are all that's holding up the
bigger caps. C is trying but is well off it's highs.
Every thing else is headed south.
KO should have told people some time ago that the market
was not as strong as it looked, also BERKa has never
really rallied to a new high since last July, nor has
C, the run up just was not as broad as it needed to be
to keep on going.
