I am glad to see that the offering is done. $7.875 should serve as a floor for the share price. Also, the placement agent (Oppenheimer in this case) usually will upgrade the stock after the offering.

Interesting up volume today, here soon after offering completed.
It would seem that company would have released favorable information prior to offering if had had the luxury of controlling timing.

Maybe a reboc announcement or new contract to define this activity today, however with the volume exceeding 52 week high, suspect something significant in near future?:))
