Bob and all, I forgot to put in my last post, 2074, that I was not at the annual meeting and got this information second hand. I was hoping Seeq management would give us several quarters of sequential revenue and earnings increases but my guess is that they didn't see that. I didn't read all of the 8K to see what Seeq management gets out of this deal, it should be in the shareholder approval. I hope LSI can grow what they get from Seeq just as fast as BRCM. Tom
