Jeffrey, Ref: WCAP, my understanding is that COOL, say at $18/share is worth...

about $30 Million or $6.00/share for WCAP. Add to that the fact that they have earned $4.58/share in the last 9 months, which gives you $10.58/share, without even trying to value the rest of its equity portfolio: Woldgate, Rowe.com, Mpath, Commerce One, etc.. and its loan portfolio, which last time I looked was worth some 6 or 7 Millions.

I also read somewhere, that the Company structure is specifically designed so that they don't pay tax on their capital gain. Perhaps, if you called their CEO on Monday with a list of relevant questions, you should find him very helpful.

Please, also note that their operating style is very thrifty and low key. Absolutely no hype there.

While you may find an entry at around $9.00, with the recent announcement of the two IPO's, the "Back Door" IPO's buyers are going to start buying the stock and $9.5 is about as low as you'll get. I have already re-entered, just in case and I am looking to $13.00 really quickly (about the 50% increase you are usually seeking).

I truly think the stock is also a potential long term hold, as profits are reinvested in new upstart Companies and management has now honed its investment skills and knows what to look for. I am long 2000 shares and will buy more if the opportunity arises.
