Monty, I think the auditors are more worried about losing their fees if they push mgt. touts. Which would definitely happen.

BTW, they always want to shoot the messenger. The dim bulbs on the Dell thread wanted to sue the only two analysts who got Dell right this quarter. Shouldn't they be angry at Dell for scamming them while insiders bailed. Or the other 723 analysts who follow the stock totally missing the deluge of indicators. For example, CNBS had a guy on from a no-name brokerage firm who said that Dell revenues were going to be on target and growth would not slow just before eps. He shouldn't have been sued. Tarred and feathered would have been more appropriate. Talk about asleep at the switch.
