Also, no whining, not that our team would do that. We're good winners and losers. With Laidlaw's agreement to pay the IRS a settlement of $220M (approx. earnings for 2 quarters at the current rate), I don't see AMR making any unnecessary expenditures, even if the local operations are, to some degree, independent.
