Mr. Pink- re: SLVN- S.American students having trouble paying tuition at private colleges in my town.

There appears to be some kind of trouble transferring tuition money from Brazil and maybe some other S. American countries to the US so their folks can pay tuition. This is putting big crimps on some private colleges that do English as a Second Language (ESL) Classes.

Lots of students come to the US just to get their English in good shape as a business skill back home.

Asian students having trouble too, but just economics, not transfer of money problems.

I got this Friday from an ESL teacher at the tech college I teach at. I believe SLVN may have a decent size population of foreign students. I'm digging- and thank you for the heads up on perhaps a real good short.

As for PDX- thanks! As a former medical systems engineer, there are not too many companies in my field of expertice. This looks like a hospital billing company who just lost their reputation. Whew! Who do you want doing YOUR books, doctor? Really looks like one to dig in to!
