Somehow, these folks seem like more than "Affiliated Persons." Isn't "Officer" usually used for filings like this?

Yes but perhaps the lawyers say that "Affiliated" meets the SEC requirements and more clarity is unnecessary.:(

Investor, "affiliated" is not a "reflective" properties, all "officers" are "affiliated", but not all "affiliated" are "officers".
