Saturday, February 27, 1999 Golf Membership Prices Turning Up TOKYO (Nikkei)--Golf membership prices are showing solid signs of recovery, with the Nikkei index of 530 golf courses nationwide hitting 118.13 in the fourth week of February (January 1982 = 100), up 1.76 points from the previous week and an uninterrupted rise for three months.
